 Thoroughbred Horses are known for their outstanding speed, strength, and stamina. Most people are familiar with Thoroughbred Horses due to horse racing, but Thoroughbred Horses are multipurpose horses that can excel at many things due to their bold, spirited, intelligent, and athletic makeup.

The mission of Thoroughbred Baseball and Softball Academy is to mold young athletes into mature Thoroughbreds. Thoroughbred Baseball and Softball Academy will achieve this mission by teaching and promoting the game of baseball and softball in an environment that fosters competition and individual development. By instilling the importance of being part of a team, Thoroughbred Academy prepares players with life skills as well as athletic skills, and readies players for success on and off the field.

Thoroughbred Baseball and Softball Academy goals are to do the following:

1. Provide effective, high quality training for players and coaches at all levels.

2. Seek to maximize the potential of every player in the program, by placing each player in a position to be successful.

3. Teach good morals, maintain composure, be humble, and build leadership skills.

4. Emphasize the importance of teamwork and sportsmanship.

5. Stress the significance of academics.

6. Create a Thoroughbred on and off the field.
